This toolkit is for a diverse team, defines the common grounds and helps to resolve conflicts in any situation. This toolkit adds a fun element in the team to break the formal bonds between the teammates and humanize the experience. The human-social factor is an important thing before people bring their perspectives to the table. To control possible conflicts, we have a toolkit that helps the teammates to know each other at a personal level so that they empathize and understand where the perspectives of each individual are coming from. This toolkit helps the teammates to have a consensus on common problems like where to have a meeting, which platform to have a discussion, what time to work on the projects, how to start the problem-solving, etc.
