Like Liedtka said in 'Strategy as an experience,' strategy is, by nature 'abstractions' trying to generate a particular balance of novelty and familiarity. This led me to think artist color palette when he or she does painting, colorful mixture on the palette is coincidently one of a kind combination. Similarly to strategies, seems like there are no actual processes to create strategies. Most of them tend to emerge as people solve a little problem and learn before growing into a major shift. Combining with 'Management which is neither science nor profession but the practice', Mintzberg. This area fundamentally does not change, what changes are those problems we are dealing with today. So let’s find the mixture on your palette that make you become more reselient.
The strategy palette is a product design that involved the story of '10 Schools of Strategy ' by Henry Mintzberg. The collective flow of colors indicates an emerging strategy that you would use to tackle problems: there is no blue, red ocean, or one way to solve problems but your own palette of mixing approaches!
THE STRATEGY PALETTE CONSISTS OF
Freeform transparent color acrylic : The strategies should be flexible in a particular situation.
The freeform elements inspired from when you splash colors onto the canvas creates different forms every time. The 10 acrylic colors were engraved with the names that represent the10 schools of Safari Strategy that you could bring some part of to generate the sweet spot. The transparency of materials let you see the color combination  though each is overlapping.
Circle Clear Acrylic : Management area framework is a practice.
The circle is a symbol of harmony and unity, which the framework should be. The engraved STRATEGY PALETTE spot on the lower plate is in line with the circle on an upper plate that allows you to see your palette more clearly.
HOW TO PLAY
From the top view, it looks confused by all the colors but when you focus on the strategy palette spot, you could roll freeform pieces around and 'assume' which tools and how much you will take from each school. The collective flow of colors indicates strategy, there is no blue or red ocean here but your own palette!
